Dragonfly Guest House is a fully licensed support option for individuals with special needs who would like a vacation or are in need of temporary overnight place to stay.

Day-to-day life can be stressful and everyone needs a break now and then! Located in Virginia Beach at the Oceanfront, just a few blocks away from an abundance of fun!

Jeanne Cullison, the host at Dragonfly House, has more than 40 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has provided a variety of supports, but her favorite thing to do is just spend time with folks who relate to the world in non-standard ways–especially when she has the chance to meet a new person. She has experience helping those who have a variety of physical/medical concerns, has been a certified EMT and utilizes basic sign language.

Dragonfly House services can be made available by reservation or on short-notice for individuals who discover themselves in need of temporary supports. Dragonfly House offers a solution to critical situations that result in a need for emergency placement, difficulties with housemates, adjustment/transition periods, special medical circumstances, family emergencies and other unanticipated events. All referrals will be carefully matched for successful outcomes. 

Dragonfly House accepts a variety of payment options including Medicaid Waiver and private pay.
